| And a little reminder that not everyone in the TEC House of Bishops is happy with the impact of the Glasspool consents on the Communion: http://babybluecafe.blogspot.com/2010/04/episcopal-bishop-of-virginia-and.html . In this case the bishop concerned wants full inclusion of gay and lesbian Episcopalians ...! |

I know it's old-fashioned of me but I can't seem to get rid of the notion that personal correspondence should be private. Why don't those like Orombi simply do away with the pretence that they're actually writing to a named individual, for their eyes only, and just post their views on the internet? You know, cut out all the middlemen who obligingly leak these things? |

Nothing improper or modern about it Fern. For example the ABC has been doing it for years, and we know what a scrupulous observer of boundaries he is:

Mind you some people do as you suggest and "just post their views on the internet".
The GAFCON Primates have just done so in this communiqué:

And another Primate takes action.....++Ernest writes to the ABC .....taking these letters with Fulcrum's last piece, I am more hopeful for the AC - the manipulation of the structures of the AC in the interests of tiny groups of revisionists is becoming impossible....

Now ++Ernest has written too..... those who have been patient for 7 years (including Fulcrum leaders) seem to have moved - hope the ABC responds positively and does not let a tiny group of revisionists split the AC any further |

Thanks for the kind comments. It wasn't my specific intention to cast new light on "kephale", especially as I really am no expert at all on Greek (or on any of this, to be honest). Before getting carried away, it's probably best for me to say I think the e...
