Over the next few months we shall be republishing, with permission, extracts from God’s Advocates, sharing the views of three Christian Thinkers:
Rowan Williams, who is Archbishop of Canterbury. He was formerly Bishop of Monmouth and Lady Margaret Professor of Divinity at the University of Oxford.
Joan Lockwood O’Donovan, who is a freelance theologian and lecturer.
Oliver O’Donovan, who is Professor of Christian Ethics and Practical Theology at the University of Edinburgh and formerly was Regius Professor of Moral and Pastoral Theology at the University of Oxford.
Miroslav Volf, who is Henry B. Wright Professor of Systematic Theology at Yale University.
