David Barclay is the Faith in Public Life Officer at the Contextual Theology Centre. In this capacity he leads the Church Credit Champions Network - aiming to fulfil the Archbishop of Canterbury's vision to "compete Wonga out of existence." He's a former President of Oxford University Students' Union, the author of "Making Multiculturalism Work" for Theos and an advocate for the legacy of his ancestor - the great Anglican social reformer Thomas Fowell Buxton.
