People, on estates and everywhere else, are faced with needs, many of them harrowing. In all laudable efforts, individually and collectively, to meet those needs, Christians should not lose sight of the supreme need, infinitely more important than all other needs, which all of us have by nature: the need to be delivered from the holy wrath and just condemnation of God because of the sin of Adam and because of our own sins. All are invited to embrace that deliverance by submitting to Jesus Christ in repentance, faith, love, fear and obedience.
