Synod approves motion to support girl guides promise action February 12, 2014 by Fulcrum Mrs Ruoff today asked Synod to agree with her concerns raised by the change in Promise, calling on the Synod to approve her motion that 'this Synod believe that girls of all ages in the Girlguiding Movement should not suffer discrimination but be able to continue to promise to love God when enrolled.'
