There are two stories here which should not be linked. Internet ASBOS sounds tough, the politicians will be wishing they thought of that one. Infect Facebook is self policing as far as hate speech is concerned. I expect that the law is already sufficient to deal with more serious cases. Linking this to Stephen Sizer’s lack of judgement is an error. He asked a question, he did not endorse a site. I would be concerned if a member of the general public was in danger of prosecution for a similar post.
